Manufacturing & Packaging

The bulk bags are sent to our injection mold factory. The recycled plastic pellets are put into a hopper and heated through a screw and injected into a die under pressure. Our product is then sorted separating out the parts from the runner and checking for defects. Runner and defects are put into a small granulator grinding to 2mm and mixed back into the pellets for re use.

Our products are manually packaged into our ecofriendly packaging then packed into cardboard shipping boxes for distribution.
